It’s Home, It’s Herb and It’s Hot Remedy for Reducing High Cholesterol

Though cholesterol medications may have been developed as cholesterol treatment, the side effects make it an unlikely treatment and many people with high cholesterol are seeking for safer and more natural treatment to lower cholesterol as integrative medicines

Cholesterol is linked with many health risks. An elevated level of cholesterol could lead to the development of atherosclerotic plaque, which has been responsible for heart diseases and stroke. Instead of using cholesterol medications that cause liver damage and impotence, high cholesterol can be treated by herbal remedies

  • Drink a glass of water and add two tablespoons of dry seeds of coriander and allow it to boil properly. Allow it to cool and strain the decoction. Take this decoction two times a day for lowering of the cholesterol. It is also an effective natural remedy for the treatment of high cholesterol.
  • Drink onion juice to reduce the cholesterol, clean the blood and regulate the heart.
